REFUNDS, RETURNS, CONTACT
We do want customers to be happy with their purchases, however please bear in mind that in most cases you are buying a used product from us (vinyl records) and while our descriptions are, we feel, accurate, if in doubt we will be happy to answer any queries before you place your order.
All returns have to be reported and agreed please before returning, by contacting us directly at Desirable Vinyl via any of the following methods;

2. Ring (+44) 07821 182521, (you may need to leave a message which we will respond to).
Please leave your name, your phone number or email & your preference as to how you would like to be contacted.
Please briefly and concisely explain the problem in order for us to assess any action needed and we will always try to contact the customer to resolve the problem on the same working day.
Returns in order to action a full or partial refund are accepted under the following circumstances:
We realise it is not always practical for customers to return products for refund. In the rare event that a refund, either partial or full is required, we will advise and assist in helping customers with the most practical solution.
