We do want customers to be happy with their purchases, however please bear in mind that in most cases you are buying a used product from us (vinyl records) and while our descriptions are, we feel, accurate, if in doubt we will be happy to answer any queries before you place your order.


All returns have to be reported and agreed with us please before returning to us by contacting us directly at Desirable Vinyl via any of the following methods;


1. Use our ‘Contact form’ on our 'Contact page' on our website www.desirablevinyl.co.uk/contact

2. Ring (+44) 07930 699 443, (you may need to leave a message), include your name, a return number or email


Please briefly and concisely explain the problem in order for us to assess any action needed and we will always try to contact the customer to resolve the problem on the same working day.


Returns in order to action a full or partial refund are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Product contents are not correct, either the product and/or quantity
  • Product broken
  • Product damaged or condition does not match the selling description (please refer to our 'Grading' page)


We realise it is not always practical for customers to return products for refund. In the rare event that a refund, either partial or full is required, we will advise and assist in helping customers with the most practical solution.


Please contact us if you believe an item received is not to the standard expected or originally sold and we will try to agree a mutually acceptable solution.
